i have acne on the underside of my right breast. my doc. said they are cysts. not! they are blackheads & whiteheads in the hair pores. if i squeese them, they empty just like on a face, some of them get large & purple. what causes this?

I have teenage acne. Not severe but I do have blackheads&whiteheads. On my head, face, chest, cleavage, back, arms. I take vibramycin (doxycycline). Is it good for this?

There : There are several possibilities. I wonder if you might have hidradenitis suppurativa: http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/hidradenitis-suppurativa/ds00818 the main things i would think about would be acne, folliculitis, cysts, or hidradenitis. If it has been present since childhood nevus comedonicus would be possible.
