Hi doctor. my 1 year has developed fine pimples all over her face and body. i have showed the sister at dischem and she recommended triderm. but it seems to be getting worse?

Avoid soap: Avoid soap on the face, wash only with lukewarm water and avoid rubbing the face. Keep the area below the mouth/chin and neck especially clean and dry. If the rash spreads, please check his temperature and see your pediatrician. A local facial rash may be related to a contact rash. Moisturizer without fragrance several times daily. If redness, swelling or pus, please see acute care.
