Small epidermoid cys: These need no treatment unless they cause pain, odor,etc. They are easy to remove if desired. Usually this requires no sutures.

Ans: Try a warm compress to bring the infection to s head. Do not shave or use deodorant. See if it comes to a head and ruptures. If it does not than you may have to see your doctor to open it up for you for they can cause a lot of pain
