This : This is a question only your OB physician can answer because I do not know the status of your health and pregnancy but the following is the basic infomation you are looking for is below. Your physician needs to approve taking any medication during you pregnancy and breast feeding stage. Fda pregnancy category b. This medication is not expected to be harmful to an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during treatment. This medication may pass into breast milk and could harm a nursing baby. I : I assume you mean azithromycin, a macrolide antibiotic commonly prescribed for sinus infection in the form of a z-pack. Clarinex (desloratadine) is an antihistamine. If so there is no common adverse side effects of taking the two together, though you, as an individual, could have an allergic to one or both medications..
