Whether you are an..: ...Endomorph or a bluefishmorph, the answer is the same. You lose extra fat by taking in fewer calories than you burn off. That said, and ectomorph may do this more easily than you (or me). Life's not fair. You need to eat fewer calories and burn off more, preferably both. Don't use "endomorph" as an excuse to be a couch potato. Good luck to you. I understand.
