A member asked:

Can i not eat fruit if i have a fructose intolerance?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many: You can still eat fruit. You just have to limit how much fruit you eat. And specifically you should limit fruits high in fructose (apples, pears, mango, watermelon). Only you will know what your "limit" is, and most people learn through trial and error.
