Good idea: The psoriasis significantly increases the risk of infection which can be a devastating complication in a tummy tuck. Clear the psoriasis before doing the surgery. You will have a much better result.

I'd wait: Although technically psoriasis is not an active infection, the changes it can cause to the skin make it easier for bacteria to hide in the 'nooks and crannys'. I would recommend controlling your psoriasis before your tummy tuck.
