Wound care: Likely wound care with a small amount of debridement. Rarely would a patient in that age group qualify for flap surgery to close the wound.

Heat treatment: Thermage is a heat treatment of sorts for the skin. It is pretty popular, but I do not offer it as i see other treatments with similar results.

Technique: Doctors can be somewhat dogmatic about technique. We use that which works best in our experience. I am not a fan of the laser in labiaplasty.
