See a doctor: Many thingss cause abdominal pains. Kindney stones, urinary infection, gastritis, appendicitis, gallbladder, pancreatitis, constipation, bowel blockage, etc., etc. Needs a complete detailed medical history, full physical exam & appropriate testing. I cannot tell here on the Internet what you may have.
