Fever with pain is: never a good sign. After reading that important piece of info, it's time to see your PCP doctor as soon as possible, so that you are not dealing with an internal organ inflammation that could lead to an infectious process. In any case you have globally too many issues dealing with pain upon breathing, right side abdomen, chest, and now hip and leg. You need a complete physical exam done. Good luck
