STOP NSAIDS!: Please stop advil (ibuprofen) and Ibuprofen unless there is a reason you must continue. These can irritate your stomach and esophagus. Have you tried reflux meds yet? Need more history on your pain - how long, what is it like, what makes it better, what makes it worse. Lab results? Vital signs?
