Allodynia: It sounds like you're describing allodynia, a type of neuropathic pain. Whereas neuropathic pain is often described as numb & tingly, icy cold or burning hot, or even electrical shock-like, allodynia encompasses pain whereby it shouldn't hurt, such as touch of shirt as you've described.
