Xyphoid Process: At the very tip of the Sternum is a piece of bone and cartilage called the xyphoid process. This is likely what you are pushing on.

Hard to say: The only things near there that could "pop" are your ribs. Try tracing out the individual ribs and seeing if one is the culprit. You might be able to see it in the mirror. If it is a rib, see your orthopedist. If not a rib, see your medical doctor.

Been injured for about a month, primarily in the left bicep but also radiating throughout the entire arm at moments. Severity of pain goes up and down.
