Awesome!: Congratulations on making and sticking to a plan. It does take time to show more muscle bulk and definition so allow at least 2-4 more weeks. If looking for weight gain also, weight can stay the same or even go up if appetite increases due to exercise. Also there are daily variations in weight due to fluid. So start a daily record of what is eaten, weigh every couple of days, and keep on working!

Results: It depends on what results you are looking for. Within 2 weeks, your body already starts to grow blood vessels and increase overall metabolism. Endurance should already be starting to increase. However, it will take much longer to change body shape or actual weight shifts.

Over use: Too much need to have recovery time. Two weeks is not enough time to see results.

Overall Keep Going: You want to make sure that you have a proper balance of difficulty and rest periods. If you are jogging everyday your body may not have a period to rest, which is actually an important part of losing weight and increasing fitness. However, it could also be that you are not working hard enough to result in a negative caloric balance-- therefore diet could also be a factor. Try tweaking your regimen.
