You may be consuming more calories than you realize. You will gain weight if you consume more calories than you burn off. So, if you are gaining weight, you either need to consume less calories or burn more off (or both sometimes is needed). If you eat too few calories, your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto calories. A dietician would be able to help you figure this out. Good luck!!

I understand it is difficult during college to stay active. But you can make sure you walk briskly 20 minutes a day, take stairs instead of elevators, park the farthest from a building so you have to walk farther, that will help. Plus it is unclear what you eat. Always eat no sugar, low fat, fresh fruits and vegatebles, low fat meat and fish, no processed food and always try to be gluten free.
