I'm 16 looking to gain muscle (not weight). i already workout eat +3, 500 cal and still no results in muscle (just weight increases). am i too young?

Protein: Muscle will need extra protein in your diet. Increased calories of carbs or lipids [fats] will gain you weight and not much muscle mass, if any. You need enough calories to fuel your activities, but more protein and appropriate exercising the muscle groups in order to add muscle mass.

Yea: In addition to protein intake make sure you are doing anabolic and not aerobic exercsises.
