There : There are many causes of back pain. You probably pulled a muscle or aggravated/injured disk or joint in the back. Most cases of back pain improve over one month. You may benefit from few days of rest, anti-inflammatories (please contact primary care for assessment and prescription) follow by physical therapy. If you do not improve you should see spine specialist to further investigate and treat your back pain. Good luck!

Injury. : Obviously you may have injured something. Skip the chiro and see a real doctor to make sure there is no serious injury. If not, you could go back to chiro
