Hemorrhoids: Weight lifting is associated with hemorrhoids (piles) both internal and external due to increase in abdominal pressure as u life. The pressure in the rectal veins increases and they dilate and bleed. I've seen people get VERY anemic w/ this. You need to see a GI or colorectal doc ASAP.
