Yes: Yes, you can still workout while pregnant. I would definitely let your OB know so that if you have any risk factors that may affect the pregnancy, you can figure out if and how you can continue exercising. Women continue to do aerobic and weight training activities while pregnant. The further along you are, this may be more difficult, and you'll have to modify. Definitely speak with your OB.
