It Depends: In many countries, the dentists have been trained in the us, so there is no language issue. In much o europe, the dentists speak english as well as their native language. Many materials are available world-wide, so the treatments may be the same as in the us or canada.

Ask: Ask @ US Consulate or Embassy, or ask Conciege @ your hotel, for recommendation. Be prepared to pay cash for your Rx. If you have insurance you may be able to file for partial reimbursement.
