Call another dentist: First, there must be more than one dentist in bowling green, give another office a call. Second, you can pay for treatment yourself if you have no insurance. Many dental offices are willing to work out long term payment plans with patients. Third, the emergency room is not qualified to offer definitive dental care. They might be able to give you medication for short term relief, but that is all.

Reduced fees: Great answer by dr. Schneider. Other options are dental school, hospital based dental residency program, and also research this site for reduced fee dental clinics: http://freedentalcare.Us/.
