Might not be IBS: Pain is not typical with irritable bowel. People do get cramping at times, but if this is a consistent pain, you should seek additional medical care. If this is more gas pain or cramping, gentle movement is your best bet to get things going in the right direction. A walk and drinking plenty of fluid may get you back on track.
