Could be: Unfortunately it can be hard to tell as many things can cause those symptoms. Have you had a crohn's flair in the past? If so, does it feel similar. I would watch for red flags (prolonged or worse pain, blood in the stool, fevers, chills, etc). If so I would get seen immediately.
