I got this sharp stinging pain on the left side of my belly button and below it. i have gastritis and ibs, can that cause these pains? i havent had them before. i am bloated and fully of gas also?

I believe that the left sided abdominal discomfort can be caused by IBS. Diverticulitis of the descending colon causes left sided abdominal discomfort but usually there's very impressive associated tenderness there unlike IBS. Gas&bloating can also be caused by lactose.and gluten intolerance as well.
