GI exam: You will need testing for H. pylori bacteria and upper endoscopy. You will need liver and pancreatic studies and ultrasounds. Use antacids and continue pantoptazole for at least 4 weeks. You may need antibiotic therapy if H.pylori testing is positive. Get a GI opinion.
