Pain: Pain moving in so many different body part - vagina, anus, belly button and chest is going to be a complex issue not easily answered in a simple format. Probably the next step is to see your doctor so that a detailed history and physical can be done to help focus the evaluation. Then the appropriate tests can be ordered
