Treat anxiety: Anxiety is a natural response to a perceived “threat”. The “threat” can come from the environment, an internal imbalance or misperceptions. The best way to treat anxiety is to work on finding the triggers and then developing coping skills to deal with the problem. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy works best for this kind of problem I also always recommend daily exercise- it is the best thing for anxiety. Also eat a balanced diet, avoid stimulants, alcohol and excessive sugars.
