If you are quite certain the dizziness is due to anxiety (usually it is lightheadedness, not a spinning sensation), taking slow, deep breaths (in thru nose & out thru mouth) & meditating on Scripture verses or positive things or listening to calming music can help. Drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated & when dizziness stops consider a walk outdoors & talking with a wise friend/counsellor
