Wow!: If someone has an answer for that I would be surprised. Life is stressful but it is your perception of stress that makes it a motivator or emotionally paralyzes you. You are young and will learn to utilize the energy "stress" causes to your benefit. Don't fret. There are many guides available if you take the time to look.

Consider: Counseling, Living in the moment, taking brief periods to appreciate your self, laughing at your self, exercise, talking to friends and supportive family members. Addressing your fears and meditation will be helpful

Stress: If you can find a quiet place - do so. Breath in slowly & deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.
