About

Bio

I am currently the Medical Director of Peninsula Regional Advanced Wound and Hyperbaric Center. I am also residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and spent 10 years as a staff physician in the ED before leaving to develop a very busy Urgent care Center. Prior to medical school I was trained and worked as a paramedic in suburban Kansas City. I have also functioned as a Medical Review Officer for numerous companies reviewing forensic drug screening, train Breath Alcohol Technicians, and was a Senior FAA aviation Medical Examiner and active skydiver. In addition to those areas, I also have a major interest in neuro-linguistic training, guided imagery, and hypnosis.

Specialties
Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.
