Meditation: You should seek out ways to relax and meditate if you have the time. If stress is very bad, seek out a psychologist who can use cbt to help you cope better.

Many ways: Before you can relieve your anger and stress, you need to learn what's behind them. You can explore this somewhat with close colleagues and friends, and surely with therapists. What you find can then inform how you respond to your specific situation. In general, many people like vigorous exercise to discharge aggression. Others like yoga & meditation as ongoing practices -- they help a lot!
