Make sure the room is dark and comfortable and cool enough without being cold. It should be quiet. Close you eyes. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly. Imagine yourself in the best place you would like to be (for me it would be deep under the ocean, gou you it might be a mountain top). Consciously relax each muscle group from your toes up.
