Excrcise+sleep: Exercise has a two fold impact on sleep. Getting enough, in the earlier parts of the day can help you have healthy tiredness and be ready for rest and sleep. Doing it to late, strenuously, near bedtime can leave you too stimulated. In europe, most countries take long lunches, and nap after that before returning to work. This "guts" the day of stress and sets up a more relaxed evening, and rest.
