I have a 4 month old baby that i'm breastfeeding exclusively and i can't sleep. i've tried relaxation techniques and chamomile tea. is there anything i can take to help me sleep that won't affect my daughter?

Sleep deprivation: It is virtually impossible to sleep with constant interruption for feeding. Ask your OB provider to suggest medications which may assist, such as melatonin. Stronger narcotics are likely to deepen sleep and decrease awareness of your baby's needs.
