Fruits/vegetables: A diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meat (or other protein source) is healthiest. To lose weight it is important to cut down on carbohydrates (sugars and starches such as bread, rice, pasta, potatoes) and get regular exercise. Try walking, swimming or biking for 30 minutes a day.
