Maybe: Frequent small meals are good, but if that often, they need to be really small. It is all a matter of calories in/calories out. Try an app, like loseit! to track it. It really works!

Yes: If the meals are small enough and don't raise your blood sugar enough to stop fat burning, eating 4 to 5 tiny meals can be a great help. Keep exercising! do you know how many calories you are burning through exercise? Ketone test strips for the urine can be a big help. As long as there are any ketones showing up, you are burning fat. If not, shrink the size of your meals until they appear.
