No: Chicken is protein. It won't increase weight or fat if you eat in moderation and avoid all the fatty side options. Chicken is good for your health as long as not fried :).

Chicken: Chicken is a great white meat, but unfortunately it commonly gets breaded. However eaten without the skin it is very healthy.
