Yes but . . .: There's no absolute requirement to eat "organic" as long as you increase fruit & vegetable consumption and decrease processed food intake. Studies suggest vegetarian diet better than those that include animal protein. But this type of vegetarian diet is obtained by shopping periphery of grocery store, not its aisles (which contain processed & boxed foods). Avoid processed & refined carbs/grains 2
