Pelvic Pain: The cyst on your ovary and your pelvic pain and bleeding are unlikely to be related. The cyst you have is likely a follicular cyst and an incidental finding, and will resolve. More concerning is the pelvic pain and bleeding, which could be due to an infection. Hopefully your doctor has looked at this as a possible issue.
