Schedule follow up: The next step is a visit to your obgyn. Bring a copy of the report that showed the cyst. They will need to review it. If the pain has resolved then another type of imaging to determine what is seen should be considered. If the pain continues they may consider a diagnostic laparoscopy. They will also want to know if you are sure both ovaries were removed. Sono/ct or MRI may be helpful here.
