Hello! i had a pelvic ultrasound (non transvaginal) and it showed a cyst on my right ovary of 4 cm. are pelvic ultrasounds sufficient enough to show ovarian cysts without transvaginal? i turned the vaginal one. doc wants to monitor cyst?
