Very possibly: It is very possible you could have an ovarian cyst. However, there are a couple of other things that need to be evaluated as well. These include ovarian torsion and, if you are sexually active, an ectopic pregnancy. If you are actively having pain, you should be seen promptly in an emergency room to rule out these potentially serious conditions.
