No healthy way: That is too rapid of a weight loss to be maintained, and will likely result in dehydration and/or muscle loss. Better to aim for 1 kg weight loss per week, which is far healthier.

Not possible: It is not possible to lose 10 kilos (22 pounds) in 2 weeks in a healthy manner. That amount of weight loss in that short a time would require extreme measures that by definition would not be healthy.
