You can: Try not be too drastic, otherwise weight loss would be temporary. Do not do it if you are not overweight.

Diet: Missing meals is not a way to lose weight.Weight lose occurs with diet and exercise. Make an appointment with your doctor so he can give you a proper diet or refer you to a dietician.
