No quick fix: Success weight loss will require a life style modification, take in less calories than you consume, eat low calorie diet, avoid high energy carbs and fats, read about healthy diet habits or see a Dietition , do exercise an hour daily if you can , eat more frequent but small meals, eat vegetables and salads, if you have tried all , see a medical weight loss person or a Bariatric surgeon to discuss!
