Weight Loss: Hi Saritha, I'm sure you'll get many answers but I'm partial to the elliptical machine (with arms) and the stair-climber/master. The idea is whole body cardiovascular exercises and/or high repetition/lower weight resistance training. Don't forget, diet usually wins over exercise for weight loss only; so don't forget about that. "F.A.T". F = Frequency of eating. A = Amount. T = Type of food.
