A 32-year-old male asked:
Probiotics: Hi Isaac, my understanding is that taking probiotics daily can be beneficial. Such as the yogurt variety. However, there are many supplements and dietary products out there so be careful. In addition, you may have certain medical/dietary concerns unaccounted for. My recommendation is to discuss your probiotics with your PCP and/or a registered dietitian/nutritionist to confirm.
A 51-year-old member asked:
Weight Loss: Hi Saritha, I'm sure you'll get many answers but I'm partial to the elliptical machine (with arms) and the stair-climber/master. The idea is whole body cardiovascular exercises and/or high repetition/lower weight resistance training. Don't forget, diet usually wins over exercise for weight loss only; so don't forget about that. "F.A.T". F = Frequency of eating. A = Amount. T = Type of food.
A female asked:
Fear: I'm not one to do "dream interpretation", but I think this is about fear. Not just of being raped, but by a family relation no less, and then doing nothing about it. If anything, you can use the dream to make sure you're more aware of your surroundings and MAKE SURE nothing every happens to you. Always being alert in shady situations and generally being more vigilant. In a way it's a good fear.
