Tricky: I assume you are able bodied, can walk fast without assistance. The answer to motivation is to do whatever excites you and that you WILL DO, and change whenever it gets stale. Walk, run, bicycle (real or stationary), row. Use your imagination, but do not develop overuse syndromes. Pay attention to your body. Videos, yoga, tai chi, swim, jump rope - don't forget resistance. Experiment. Combine.
