Careful: Losing weight is much more than taking a supplement. Would suggest attention being moved to burning energy rather than taking something. Diet and exercise remain critical. No supplement has ever been proven to do it otherwise.

Fat loss question: I agree with Dr. Pasniciuc. Please beware of products that say they are "fat burners", especially ones that state they can cause loss of "belly fat". I also know of none that can do this. Fat loss is achieved through weight loss. To lose weight insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night.

No such thing: "Fat burners" will only burn your money. Reduce food intake and exercise. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!
