It depends: Each exercise burns calories which equates to fat being burned . It depends on the intensity of the exercise and the length of time or repititions you do. So if you run a marathon you will burn more fat than doing ten squats . Likewise if you bench press 200 lbs and do 3 sets of 12 reps you will burn more calories than a 10 minute walk.
